FAQ's

• How can we become members?

  Schools in Argyll and Bute and North Ayrshire are automatic members – anyone wishing to join should contact either road.safety@argyll-bute.gov.uk or roadsafety@north-ayrshire.gov.uk for information on how to join.

• What do we do if we’ve forgotten our log in information?

  Contact your Road Safety Officer on road.safety@argyll-bute.gov.uk or roadsafety@north-ayrshire.gov.uk.

• How can we arrange training for our instructors?

  Training days are organised throughout the year - contact us by email on road.safety@argyll-bute.gov.uk or roadsafety@north-ayrshire.gov.uk to book a place on the next course.

• How can we order more workbooks, worksheets etc?

  All materials should have been provided by your Road Safety Officer prior to training commencing. If you need any extra copies please contact your local Road Safety Officer on, road.safety@argyll-bute.gov.uk or roadsafety@north-ayrshire.gov.uk.

• We are having problems watching the film clips

  If the video player does not appear on the page please check that the following 3 minimum settings are met:
  
  1. A modern web browser, supported browsers include; Internet Explorer 8 (or greater), Firefox 16 (or greater) Safari 4 (or greater), Chrome 25 (or greater).
  
  2. Adobe Flash plugin.
  
  3. Javascript enabled.
  
  If the video player does appear on the page but no video plays or the video does not play back smoothly, it is possible your internet connection is not fast enough to support the video.
